OMG, I love this!!! 
Everything about it is just so awesome!! The wings are the most gorgeous ones I have ever seen! The background and the water is perfect! The symbol on the water and how it's glowing with energy is amazing!! I love how the picture is split between the warm red light and the cold blue. I love the make up and long hair. And it's soooo cool how I'm kind of rising from the water!! 
And I LOVE that I'm a warrior witch, that's awesome!!!
You've done an AMAZING job with this one!! It's not fair to request a Critique, cause there is nothing to criticize!
