Description
I have gotten an interest in the YYB Miku, I went download shopping yesterday and decided to experiment it with shaders, so I tried out a selection of these shaders:- Real Figure shader
- Real Material Shader
- Material shader
- NHTL shader
- Blender shader
I set up a black background and put her in, the figure shader and blender shader were too bright at the camera range I put, the self shadows are pretty long so the sun is just blaring at them, making the shader really bright, so I put them aside.
The dark type of the real figure shader is useful, but I didn't quite like the lines on the edges, I got rid of the edge lines but they were still visible. It's still useful so I had this one as an okay, use later for other stuff list.
NTHL shader, I have never used it before, it made the model white and black, or inverted and all, I couldn't find a normal shader from its folders. So it was no use to me at all. So it would be useful if you guys would tell me which shader in its folders is the correct one. I'll have to try them on a different model later and see the result, It might be a reaction from the type of textures and spa it has, so every model is different, I might be right or wrong but I'll have to find out.
Material shader, I haven't used it either but it was the best option. I like the glossy and detailed effect that It had, but from far away, I was not quite sure, so I used an older version from its folders and it suited her perfectly well ^^
With the other YYB models such as Rin, using the same shader doesn't always go well because they can appear ridiculously shiny and they don't math at all.... I'm wondering about how I can display models with the same shader when it comes to duo songs. But for now, I know what's best for this one ^^
