Another 2 weeks, and we are now on the Traps for the last batch of cards I have prepared... I got to get better at that procrastinating issue I have. Here's the effect:-------------------------------------------------------------
Tribute 1 "Artifact" monster you control; Special summon 1 "Artifact" monster with a different name from your GY. You can only activate the effect of "Artifact Assault" once per turn.

Short sweet and simple..... and can also proc Scythe's effect during each of your opponent's turns if you got the right setup and your opponent doesn't have a main-deck out to this.
Wait... can this wording let you tribute set monsters? If so then this may need an errata to be for face-up monsters as I don't recall the user of this card tributing set monsters (despite it being helpful to do so) in it's duel in my fanfic.
