Once again, thank you all for the faves and comments! I'm unfortunately going to have to disable further comments because I've heard "omg she's supposed 2 b black u got it wrong!1!" one too many times and I'm sick of it, but for those of you who actually read and respected my comments, thank you

But please refrain from commenting about any "inaccuracies"-- this is the way I pictured the scene and Rue; I wasn't necessarily trying to be absolutely 100% book-accurate!Oh man, this picture may hold the record for longest time passed between start and finish. I sketched this and started inking it about this time last year while studying abroad in Japan. Just got around to finishing it today.
Rueeee! You can't tell me you didn't cry when she died! Her hair took me foreverrrr.
I hope my picture does her character justice ;A;

this scene was so sad. i almost cried ( how i managed not to, i don't know) i really think they should make an anime out of this too. i mean, the movie is great and all, but don't you think it would make a really good anime?

If they can make The Bible into a manga, then they can make The Hunger Games into an anime (Yet,The Bible as a manga failed. Epicly.

I didn't even know they made the Bible into a manga. But i think the hunger games fits well as an anime because of how violent and bloody it is.

yep. plus i think they didnt do that good of a job on the movie. there wasnt nearly enought blood and violence, and they skipped a lot.

like, the whole time I was reading the book, I was thinking, they really should make this an anime. sadly, since theyre did the movie I doubt they would do an anime too.

*Cries her heart out again*I was searching up people from the series but when I find this picture after hours,I'm surprised not that many fave have been added in proportion of time and how good this is.I can't even begin to describe how I felt when poor little Rue died,so young,so fair all the(probably) blood in her hair.

Yeah haha, Im not quite sure what I think of their choice of actors/actresses...but I hope they do a good job! I'm trying not to make too much of a judgment until I see it, even though my initial reaction to their cast list was...less than positive XD

BTW - There is a fan made video on Youtube of Rue's death. It is really good and portrayed well. Like this picture.

OMG. I love this. How could you not. I was in science when i read Rue's death. I just started to bawlD: everyone was freaking out. They were like whats wrong. I was like Hunger Games thats all i had to say
