A Copic marker fanart of Mint from Tokyo Mew Mew which was sent to NEO Magazine and printed in the Envelope Art section in the latest issue (#27).Slap bang in the middle of the page, except they misspelt my surname

Your marker work is very bright and bold so it looks almost like a digitally coloured piece

This was colored with colored pencils, right? Wow! You improved so much on the hair so fast! I really love that hair--and it's blue!! I really love love that hair. I love hair~<3 She so cute. The pencil shading on the skin looks soft. I bet you had to sharpen that peach pencil for some sharp areas. <3

I saw this picture in NEO hehe XD Mint's eyes and hair shading really caught my eye in particular. It's very bright and vibrant and a pleasure to look at =3
Ah btw.. Would you mind if I ask you the best way to get into the UK manga industry? For example when you designed and drew some postcards that were handed out at LAC.
I live quite close to London and have done some work experience in chase for a start but I'm not sure where to go/what I should do from there. Any tips would be much appreciated.

It's so rare to see good Mew Mew fanart these days. I really love the coloring on this, especially the eyes and the texturing/highlighting of her hair. Mint was always my favorite subject to draw.
