Sasuke had been on the verge of relaxing when he had settled in the tree top. It was quiet in the forest, peacefully so. There was a slight overcast to the weather, blocking some of the summer sun from his body, so it was cooler. He preferred it that way really.

Leaning back against the tree trunk, he closed his eyes and let out long, deep sigh. He was still working with Orochimaru, and he hated every minute of it. Sasuke knew his time with the snake was ending soon. There wasn't much left for him to teach the Uchiha anyways.

A rustle along the leaves, that wasn't animal or wind caught his attention. Opening his eyes he picked his head up and looked straight out.

It couldn't be....Naruto?
