Description
This design takes its basis from the design for Madara Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan as well as the Rinnegan and Ten-Tailed Beast's eye in Naruto. I started out with the basic shape of Madara's mangekyo sharingan and decided that the ripple-effect of the rinnegan would accent it well. I added the tomoe on the first layer and then decided to replicate it resulting in a resemblance to the Ten-Tails's eye in Naruto. I also used different shades of red rippling outward, starting dark in the middle and lightening outward.
