Personality: Achan is pretty much a hermit, being cooped up in the library of Morin Manor half of the time only really leaving to eat and sleep. he comes off as stern and serious but can be quite expressive when no one is around. he has a strong independent streak and refuses to be given orders unless he benefits in some way. he takes great pride in his magical prowess and strives to help Lucy better control her Umbramancy more efficiently. he is also quite fond of lucy due to sharing a birthday and her being a pretty good student. however, he strongly dislikes his master and her father (Nigel Morin) and fears he may turn into a tyrant, but others seem to call him a loon for it.
