    Biography:

            Charlie was born and raised around the poorer districts of Alderburg. as such his hometown Of Aspergia was also one such poorer district. His father would frequently muster whatever earnings he could get his hand on in order to provide food and shelter for his wife and child. Charlies mother on the other hand, was running a day care for the poor inner-city kids in the area so their parents can do their jobs. Charlie always had to compete with the other kids in order to get snacks, which would often end up with him getting the leftovers.

            From there on, he used those lunchroom races as a means to get faster until he would finally get the treats he wanted. however, as the young 8-year-old seagull felt bad for the other kids, he would share it with them. as he grew older charlie had developed into a real stand-up young gull (albeit with an oblivious streak) realizing that his family needed money, he took up a job as a local delivery boy for the newspaper. his obsession with speed in his younger years had led him to being one of the fastest delivery boys in the Alderburg area. he quickly rose in reputation and started getting paid far more than the others. His co-workers started to despise the gull and went to great lengths to sabotage his deliveries. however, Charlie always found a way to get around these traps and get his deliveries as his family was on the line (he wouldn't get paid if he made a mistake).

            Charlie's boss seeing how successful he was giving a staggering order to the gull, now in his 20's, to make a delivery from Norkos all the way to Kindaka within the hour. Charlie eagerly accepted the task and immediately flew off. The cold Norkan wind was difficult for the ectomorphic seagull to maneuver out of, but despite all the setback he was able to deliver the package to Kindaka. a feat that would later instate him as an international delivery service personal. he now spends the majority of his time delivering Cargo, Letters and packages to the people all over Sapia, bringing the world a little bit of happiness, one letter at a time.
