Litterclouds are creatures who fly up above and scatter litter from their bodies and creating Messbite enemies to attack Franklin and Douglas making them impossible to defeat on their own. One way you can defeat them to use the blocks to your advantage to climb and attack him before he has the chance to drop any more trash. They also take on friendly and positive roles as well such helping out with the races and being the referee in sports as well.
