i was inspired by those unfortunate children who suffering from cancer, i have been asked by many times about where would these children going after they die, seriously i don't know, it really depends on God 's will. Perhaps in their dream, there will be a lovely and magical new world is waiting for them? At least that is what i wish for...God bless you

Not ashamed to admit this made me shed a few tears. It's hard to lose a loved one to cancer, regardless of age. But something about a child having to go through all that goes with the disease... It chokes me up. Hope they go to a lovely and magical new world, like you suggested.

This picture really got to me. The second that I actually looked at the details, I honestly teared up. My fiancΓ©e's father is currently suffering from brain cancer, and was just told that he has about 6 months. But yes, this is absolutely amazing in so many aspects... I really hope that you win this contest, because as I can see, your entry conveys a very strong and deep meaning.

The idea behind it makes me feel such a strong emotion, like a knot in my stomach. Wow. This is a great picture concerning the topic "dreams" both because of the idea, but also because of the scenery which is all surreal and colourful. I think all would like to believe that it just doesn't end, but goes on in something happy and peaceful.
So I'm gonna fave this.

Wow, before I read the comments I knew that this picture isn't as Disney as it appears. I see the adults in the left crying and I see hospital equipment. Anybody that analyzes this picture right will be flushed with waves of emotion

Neat illustration. I can see the vision behind this as well as feel of it. I feel happy seeing the child going to this Fantasy like world that looks like it came out of a children story but sad that his parents are sad over his death.

Personally....I find the stuffed animals with the grins to be slightly disturbing. Otherwise, this is beautiful, and at first I didn't see the crying parents in the background.... and then I saw them and realized that the kid wasn't dreaming but dead and going to the afterlife. Now I'm crying.
