Description
I initially thought of Windflight in the same way I did this guy: Stagleap (TC) , and I didn't want to make Windflight too similar to him, which is why I wanted him to have these weird stripes. I like it a lot though, I think he looks pretty cute. And for me, I'm just happy he doesn't really look like TC Stagleap like I feared he would. Really, the only similarities are that they're both grey tabbies with green eyes (Although on the wiki, TC Stagleap has yellow eyes. I think I made his eyes green when I drew him, because I imagined some of his grandkids on Speckletail's side to have green eyes too, and I didn't imagine Speckletail nor her mate as having green eyes.)

I gotta stop giving designs I find pleasing to characters that aren't important. It's easier if it's my own characters 'cause then I can just make a story for them and keep getting attached to them. But when it's someone else's, I end up getting attached to them and want to see them in the media they're in, and then disappoint myself when they don't appear much.
Especially characters like Windflight who are basically prequel characters and aren't alive in the current story. Then it really sucks 'cause there's a chance you'll never see or hear of them again unless they were important in their time.
