I'm going through updating some of my old Fakemon because they didn't have a cohesive style and I feel like I've just gotten better so I figured I could improve them. Here's this guy again.Conceptually, the idea is to use a manta ray in combination with a Hawaiian tattoo theme. I also wanted it to have that kind of infant vibe that Ralts has.
