I absolutely love the animation techniques used in this scene. The lines through her moving arm are a genius way to show motion while keeping the animation clean and appealing to the eye. These hand drawn motion blurs are something Ive been practicing in actual 2D animation, however I also drew this for a wallpaper on my desk because out of all of the amazingly animated key frames in ATLA, this has to be one of, if not my absolute favorite.

Also, WIDOFO= When in doubt, one finger out. A technique used to make drawing hands easier, you can learn more about this from @EthanBecker on youtube.
