I did a fan art story of Legend of Zelda
Its kinda next generation...
so here's Design concept and weapons of Link

The chief of royal guards, Link's Mother, were appointed to take care of the next king of Gerudo. When Link was born, it shows the sign of triforces in his left hand. This confirms that he is the reincarnation of the hero. After the assassination of royal family, her mother died as well. She protected her life for Princess Zelda but she failed. Since there are no Royal family in he castle, the head of the council decides that if there is no heir in their blood, the throne will be given to any triforce holder. And Link became (temporary) prince of Hyrule. As he grows, he likes to play with Ray and his friend Riko (a Rito), and to explore Hyrule through his friend Riko skill. He arrived in a beach to play for a while, and suddenly he found a girl lying on a seaside. There she found Clarity.
