INSTRUCTIONS
Download the file. Create a New Layer for the Color UNDER the Shading Layer!RULES
You Can:
Edit it slightly or/and add stuff (scars, accessories, haristyles etc)You Can't:
Use it anywher out of DeviantART Claim it as yours Delete my SignatureIF YOU DELETE MY SIGNATURE YOU WILL BE SMACKED BY A GIANT, SCALED, VERY ANGRY JIGGLYPUFF!!!

im really confused beacause others have the full veiw of the pps but when i saved the file it didnt work- how do u download it and how do u make an under file.. i have gimp 2..

You have to hit the "Donwload" Button, next to the picture. It's a PSD file, so I don't know if it will work with Gimp, you have to try yourself D:
