Yes, it's a commercial project, so no worries at all.
I won't use any without permission. There are 5 icons that would be really suitable, but like I said, no worries if it doesn't suit.

I see from your Creative Commons License that you don't want these icons used for commercial purposes. Just checking to see if this is your wishes.
I am developing my first iPhone app, and would really like to use some of your icons, but only with your permission (of course).I would acknowledge your work by listing your website in the 'about us' section of the app.

Well the license clearly indicates that the icons should not be used for any commercial purposes and you want them for a commercial project ,right?How many icons are you gonna use BTW?
