My first sourdough bun! This was an adventure to make... in order to shape it I used a dense, pretty hard dough which resulted in a weird bread. It's tasty though, and the weird consistency isn't bothering me that much.Sorry for the image, I kinda rushed the pictures. You get the idea (:
