I got beat up 2 Days Ago

But by my car. Got so frustrated from her it kinda threw me into a depressed state afterwards.

Took it out on my own body as I felt like I couldn't do anything right. Stressed ate for the first time in my life and I ate a whole pizza by myself. I regretted it several hours later.I feel I'm not cut out for mechanic work anymore. I have a short fuse and my mental state is easily destroyed by the smallest things.

I feel defeated. Happy National Emo Day
