This is a scene from my fanfic "How a Pie became a Cake," which shows how Pinkie came to live with the Cake family. In chapter 3 Maud comes to check up on her sister and see what kind of ponies are housing her, so they go out for the day, leading to the above.

Art is by They offer fairly cheap commissions and do a comic focused on Diamond Tiara and her pet cat Dazzle that's been quite a fun story to read, so give them a watch or commission. They also have excellent communication and have gone above and beyond with little tweaks to make sure I've been 100% satisfied with the finished product. Very highly recommended. I prefer the show style commissions, but they do have other styles which you'd have to ask them for more details about.
