Description
This is the finished version of Will's Christmas present. I notice a ton of flaws now that it is finished but there is nothing I can do about it now.

Anyway, colored with Prisma colored pencils and a colorless blender. Outline was done with Pigma Micron .o2 and .oo5. (Which are quickly running out of ink. T.T I need new ones! You can see here where I had to go over some of the lineart a few times 'cause they are running low. The lines are thicker in those areas. Bummer.*sobs*)

references used were my Sonic II start screen and a newer picture from the cartoon. ...yea, I know, I can't draw stars to save my life. I also know my handwriting sucks...so sue me. lol
