Took me a while but I finally got around to redesigning this bab! The ref is a bit rushed, but I was excited lol.

I don't know much about him yet, but I think he's probably some kinda tough guy criminal sort? Probably loves taking luxuriant baths with rose petals and lit candles, too. Maybe he's rich but likes to hang around with criminals. A tourist, of sorts? He might get himself into trouble with a gang or something, the way hes cavorting with all the wrong people. He doesn't KNOW the dynamics at play, so he doesn't know the enemies hes making. Fun!
