The intro is very cool! Even though I'm very familiar with the story of the legendaries, I found the story very interesting. Must be the way you told it. The music was very fitting, too!

Anyway, can't wait to see you starting :3
Well my rules are pretty basic:

- fainting means death
- turn battle mode on set *so you can't switch out pokemon during a battle before the next pokemon comes in*
- you're only allowed to catch the first pokemon on each route. The first two routes are just bad luck, as you don't have pokeballs yet XD
- Shiny means holy, you can catch it at any time and migrate it to bring it to safety, lol XD

That's about it :3
