General: Dolly is not a shy person, she lets her opinions known and will challenge you if needed. She things that combat studies are a waste of her time since she's been in so many real fights, and openly is bored by the subject. If she doesn't like you she will do everything in her power to annoy the heck out of you. She can be overbearing and often is confused by people who are so secretive. Dolly has trouble being alone and tries to avoid it unless she is focusing on her favorite subjects. She keeps in contact with her family back home and when she's on the phone you can hear her loud sisters in the background. If she likes you as a friend or otherwise, she will tease you jokingly calling you names, like loser or nerd, but she will stop if you ask.

Clever | Resilient | Loyal
-Clever: Having 5 sisters made her sharp and her time on the streets made her tough and even smarter because of the people around her. Her parents let her make mistakes and she came out more clever and experienced because of it.

-Resilient: As well as making her more clever it made her tougher she can go through a lot and just keep going. She can take one heck of a beating emotionally and physically.

-Loyal: She's not the easiest to befriend but once you do you can count on her. She knows how it feels to be betrayed and doesn't ever want anyone else to feel like that. Dolly will fight for you, like physically... wether you wanted her too or not.

-Artistic: She may seen unrefined but she did come from a wealthy family and enjoys art, keeping a bag full of paint with her plus her involvement with the drama club, shows you don't have to be feminine to enjoy the arts.

-Passionate: Dolly's passion for the things she does can be a help and a hinderance. On one hand she puts her all in the things she does, but it can also cause her to get into argument and fights with others about subjects.

-Loud: She's no shrimp when it comes to volume, coming from a family of 8 she's used to raising her voice.

-Rash: Just because she's clever doesn't mean she thinks everything through, she often does before she thinks, getting her failed experiments, ruined art, or sometimes into fights.

-Neglectful: Dolly can be so passionate about the things she's doing that she forgets everything around her. She doesn't keep plants because they unwatered for days and her room can often pile up if she isn't reminded.

-Possessive: With Dolly's loyalty come her more possessive side. She can go overboard and try and control you life. Just remind her it's not hers and say no and most of the time she'll back down. But with objects on the other hand... Well she can kinda horde them, she hates people touching her things, especially food.

History:
Dolly was born into a rich family, her father, Edmund, being a famous Furret, actor and her mother, an Ampharos, the head of a large business in Castelia City. Her father stopped acting to take care of her and her 5 other sisters. She was the 4th born out of the 6 and was the second shiny, shinys are common in both of the family lines, so it was no surprise. Dolly seldom saw her mother because of her work, her father was kind and gentle, he had no real favorites and enjoyed being home with is daughters.
Dolly's sisters were all different, the eldest Kathy a Ampharos, was very business minded, like her mother. Mary, a Flaaffy, was more focused on architecture and had a harder time interacting with people. Lucy, a Mareep, was the smallest and the typical girly girl who used her stature to her advantage. After Dolly was Tracy, a Mareep who was the most invested in music and often times would sit with Mary and play. The last was Emmy, a Mareep, she was more sports orientated but her passion was Photography.
For the most part Dolly got along with her siblings, they were a loud family and Dolly and Kathy would sometimes get in large fights. Lucy and Dolly did not get along at all. Lucy liked to manipulate to get her way and because of their rivalry Dolly became more clever. They lived in a smaller house and only went to the countryside during the end of summer. Dolly wasn't too well liked in her school but people never really bothered her she had a small group of friends who kept her sane, but when her friend Andrea, a skitty friend backstabbed her it became too much.
She started skipping classes and mouthing off at the teachers. She would often go out into the alleys and hang out with others that skipped. She often got into fights and eventually after an especially tough fight she evolved. From that fight she also recived the HM Strength for winning. One pokemon that took her under their wing was a Pelipper he was very good at graffiti and inspired Dolly to try it. After a year he eventually told her to get off the streets, he had been there because he was born to it, but she didn't have to. So she stopped going out but the tough demeanor and mindset stuck with her. She became threatening and most stayed away. She didn't care, she focused on her art and would help in the background painting things for plays. She would overhear what they were doing and slowly developed a passion for plays though she never acted upon it. Her father though caught this spark in her and talked with her, they would talk for hours about drama.
She still had trouble connecting with others in her school and she told her father that she wanted a fresh start. Her mother was home more now and she saw how tough and strong her mother was. Her dad told her mom of her wish and her mom suggested she go to St. Mortiel where she went for schooling. So Dolly has decided to go, but don't think that her tough demeanor is gone, she hopes to follow her passions in the arts, but in HER way. Before she left her mom gave her a TM, Thunder. Saying it was a tradition in her family to give a TM to whoever was going.
At school:

Level: 21
This first half of the year Dolly has focused on her studies trying to make up for her years in public school. She hasn't really had time for anything else. She plans t get out more during and after winter break. Especially with the announcement of the Alola region pokemon.
