Como temática del mes patrio en México, cada sábado del mes de septiembre habrá una ilustración de un taxón que haya habitado el territorio mexicano, inspirado en la reconstrucción realizada por un paleoartista mexicano que me inspire y que me guste su trabajo.

Y como tercer trabajo de esta dinámica 23/09/2023 le toca a Carcharocles megalodon, el mayor condrictio jamás descubierto, con la reconstrucción del paleontólogo y maestro en ciencias biológicas y artista Joaquín Eng Ponce, recurrente en el paleoilustraciones del proyecto de divulgación Palaeos.
Con el fondo de una fotografía tomada en el cenote Noc Ac (Kambul) en Yucatán, donde se han recuperado piezas dentales de este tiburón.
