-Luke=Bart, center character.

-Darth Vader=Homer, his father.

And both were already on official posters.

-Leia=Lisa, his sister.And she was already on a poster too.Names that are look alike anyway.

-Padme=Marge.Padme has that high hairdress in her senate gown, episode 2.And as heroes's mother, Padme fit her better than C3PO.Actually she was already her in a couch gag: [link] (and so were Homer, Lisa and Bart)

-Chewbacca=Santa little helper.A furry voiceless.Better than a furry Barney I think.

-Han Solo=Milhouse.I hesitated a lot.But: hero best friend, in love with his sister.I better see the connection than with Otto.

-C3PO and R2D2 =Lenny and Carl.You know, those two guys.I based it on R2D2 Apu in a Halloween episode.

-Obi Wan=Abraham Simpson; the oldest one.

Edit: I swear I didn't know he already was in this intro...

-Moff Tarkin= Smithers, his minion.
