Shining rushed into the kitchen, a worried look onto his face.
Shining Armor: MOOOOOOOM!!!
TV: What is it Shining?
SA: It's Twilight! S-she wants me to dance with her!
TV: Huh? What's wrong about that?.....
SA: S-she told me she wanted to make a baby with me!
TV: What?!
SA: Wait! Is that the really the way we make-
TV: No! It's not!
She put her hoof on her face.
TC: Why I told her that?
It was at this moment Night Light opened the front door and got inside, putting a book on the counter with his magic.
Night Light: Oh my goodness, what a day!
TV: Night Light? You're home early.
NL: Yeah. Something bad happened at... Hey Shining! How is it going big guy? Are you doing your homeworks?
SA: H-hello dad. Yes I was until...
NL: What?
SA: Uh...
TV: Hey! What about a...
Night Light cantered to Twilight Velvet and took her in his fore hooves.
TV: Night! W-what are you doing?
He began to dance with her in front of the confuse teenager colt.
NL: Dancing with my little ray of...
Twilight Velvet suddenly froze and stare at a little filly who was in the doorway.
SA: Twilight!
NL: What?
Twilight had stars into her eyes and big grin across her face. Night turned his head to check what was going on.
NL: Twilight! Honey! How is going?
Twilight: Are you going to make the magic dance that mom just told me about?
The father let a confused look on his face.
NL: Huh? What dance?
T: Mommy told me for ponies make babies they must perform a magic dance! Are you going to make me a little sister? Do you mind that I take note and...
SA: A little sister? I want a little brother!
T: Hey! I asked first!
SA: No way!
T: Yes way!
NL: ENOUGH!
They both stared at their father who let got of Velvet who was red in embarrassment.
NL: She told you that, eh?
He glanced at her wife, who laughed nervously.
NL: Well... She actually haven't told you the exact details!
TV: What.
T: Really?
SA: Huh?
NL: The two ponies must make a Super Secret Magical Dance that its teaching have been transmitted from father to the son days before his wedding! And only before his wedding!
SA: Uh, dad?
NL: Not now, Shiny. But... This is strictly between father and son! So, for the daughter her mother will teach her. Then, the night following their wedding, under the Moon an after eating a very special honey, they will execute the Dance and that day, er, night they will create their first foal. That's why it's called.... a Honeymoon.
Twilight remained had her jaw dropped and stars in her eyes, while Velvet facehoofed.
T: Wow!
SA: Bullsh-
Night cut his son with a glare.
SA: ...ossible...?
T: Really mom? Is it true?
Night looked at her with a grin with the filly's gaze on her.
TV: Um. Y-yeah. B-but just I wanted to wait until then.
T: So, you are going to teach me one day?
TV: Not until you get married.
She faked a laugh. Then got serious.
TV: And.... it doesn't work between brother and sister. It's immoral.
SA: Are you going to teach me too.... dad?
NL: Shining?
SA: Uh, yes dad?
NL: Go to your room.
SA: What? But...
He gestured to his room. Shiny left with a frown on his face.
SA: Not fair.
NL: Oh. Shining?
SA: What?
He gestured him silently while Twilight was distracted that if he tell her the truth, he would never let him date Cadance. Ever! With a shocked face, he nodded and ran to his room. The father nodded to himself, satisfied.
T: So... Mom? Uh... H-how long does that dance lasts?
TV: Mmm. Not very long.
Night Light got a coughing spell.
T: Daddy? Are you okay?
NL: I'm.... fine. Thank you.
He saw his wife grinning.
NL: B-but it has its meaning!
TV: True. It is also quite... fun.
NL: Fun? Just fun? Seriously? After everything I did for...
TV: Night Light!
NL: What?
She gestured at Twilight kept staring at them, quill and scroll floating in front of her.
T: I-I wrote down everything you said. Uh... dad? What exactly you did?
NL: Oh, ponyfeather.
TV: Twilight! Go to your room! Your father and I need to talk.
T: What? B-but...
NL: Oh! I was forgetting!
He used his magic to float a book from the counter.
NL: Hey, Twilight! Guess what? I brought you the book you asked me about.
T: You did? Yay!
She took the book and ran to her room, leaving the scroll falling on the ground.
NL: Phew! I never expected this today. Even being saved by a book!
TV: You mean abusing of her child naivety and bluntly lying to her?
NL: Bah. She will discover everything herself eventually. Until then...
He made his horn glow and the paper took ablaze. He let out a relieved sigh.
NL: Honey? What did you mean by 'not very long'?
She shrugged.
