Just a quick WIP....you should be able to guess who this is

i would say you did a great job on the ruffles and should not shy a way from thing that are hard. will weaken you art talent if you do

Thank you. I was really worried about them when I was making them. That is very true, I'm always practicing things that I'm not good at, I won't be in a hurry to make this skirt again though xD

i watch a lot of how to draw videos and one of the thing they seem right on is don't run a way from you weak spot. i am just saying don't run from ruffles all together and i am envey of how good you are

That's what I still do, its helpful to always get tips and that is true, the reason I made this skirt in the first place is because I wanted to see if I could actually do it. And aww please don't say that =/ though I am flattered

She is a Sailor Moon OC who is also part of a crossover roleplay. Her backstory is that she is a once formidable warrior cast down due to under handed circumstances involving the Lunarians, she is sent into a prison like world from which she escapes and is reborn in Crystal Tokyo where she deigns to take revenge on the Moon Princess who is now the Queen of the Earth. In her human life she is the daughter of a woman who owns a catering company and is a school student. She is 16 years old and works for her mother part time.
