This one is kind of experiment in imitating natural media with vectors. 100% Illustrator work. It's not completely finished since my computer had some really hard time calculating all these "ink" dots and I had to leave it as it is
I used a photo by `suzi9mm as a reference for the drawing, with her kind permission. Thanks!

i adore it.... at first i was going to say it doesnt belong in vectors, it should be in digital drawings, so you definitely achieved your goal of making it look like a drawing. i love her expression, very emotional. and the stippling is a great effect, it looks very real, and i know how difficult it is because i have tried vector stippling, it never worked for me. the shine on the hair is my favourite part. did you use pen tool or the brush?
