why is the guy different in the last picture?? Is it coz he's surprised or something? I've seen it a few times recently where characters change like that.

Thats what happens in manga. One minute a character will be normal and the next it'll be super deformed and have a crazy expression on it face.
Its an easy way to show emotion I suppose

i think the colouring is cool, a nice style, and the drawings are great, funny last panel. Strangely...makes me want to play pokemon and watch bleach...hmmmm....^_^
