Riley’s XCOM 2 uniform / suit. That’s how she walks around the Avenger throughout the second game timeline.
Officially, she’s wearing an enviro-suit with helmet due to long time stasis that would have compromised her immune system over the span of 20 years. Tygan has a whole file on that. Very credible.
The actual reason.... well, let’s say some might take issue with the XCOM Commander being what she is , no matter who she is. Shen has come up with a solution. Very technical, mostly glitch-free.
