For a piece like this, I feel you've gotten too few comments. Where to start, where to start...?
The fine details centered around the face display the fierceness of Megatron, leaving the viewer to focus on his eyes. It doesn't matter that the rest of the image is speed-painted in, our periphery fills in the rest like we want it to be seen.
