Human Colonisation of the alpha Centauri System started in 2112 with the months long arrival of the space station “homeport-1”. Equipped with an in-built O’Neil Cylinder,Fuel refinery’s, Fabrication factories and a security fleet of Greyline Cruisers, homeport would serve as a safe harbour/ fallback point for the thousands of accompanying colonists risking it all to settle the untamed hostile worlds of our neighbouring star*.
