While many nationstates and great powers in the Open Blue universe claim succession to the fallen Iormunean Imperium, the Sirenian Empire (Reich Sireners) has on its plate, a direct line of descent from Sirene, one of the Imperium's twelve Core Cities. Sirenian citizens hold a strong pride in this heritage, and the scientific and technological wisdom that they inherited from their ancestors, who saved all that they could from their falling civilisation. Because of this, Sirene is the most technologically advanced of the Big Three. However, because of their position as an island nation spread across an archipelago, their population is at the same time, the smallest.

The "Red Coats" of the Sirenian Reichskorps are notorious the world over for being merciless and efficient killing machines, so much that they are frequently mocked by their Avelian rivals as "wind up soldiers". Sirenian warships are balanced in that if they cannot outgun it, they can outrun it. And if they cannot outrun it, then they can certainly outgun it. Indeed, Sirenian guns are second in range and quality only to the landbound cannons of the Axifloan City-State. As opposed to the common tactic of the day to close in and devastate the enemy in a broadside, the ships of the Reichsmarine would rather snipe at their targets from a comfortable distance to soften them up before closing in for the kill.

Needless to say, it's very blatantly nazi-ish, yes.
