This is the flag for the Iormunean Imperium, a Roman-esque civilization existing in the backstory of Open Blue ( tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OpenBlue ), an RP I'm involved in.

Doesn't exist in the modern setting, except as a source of ruins for adventure and powerful artifacts of potential doom, but I'm no less proud of it.

Obviously, the flag design is inspired by the Roman Vexillum. The Eye itself was inspired by the Accretia Empire symbol from Rising Force Online. One of the coolest MMO's that I never played, for various reasons. I love the concept behind it, though.
