Bake-Tanuki Trickster within the Yokai Hills, Dansuke
"He-hehe! Just joking! Ya need 'ta take things lightly! Not like that matters anyway..."

The two types of tanuki in the Western Zone are regular tanuki and the magical Bake-Danuki. Dansuke is part of a legendary bake-danuki clan from the Hinomori Mountains. He is infamous about these parts even amongst his fellow tanuki, for his mischievous and perverted antics. While some of his elders are proud of him, many don't think that he's a "proper" tanuki yet.

Three of the eight special traits that make up a legendary tanuki are, a big belly (he's too scrawny!), a friendly smile (too sleazy!) and most importantly, a big, WARM, AND ABSOLUTELY FLOOFY tail!!

"...Whadya mean my tail ain't big enough, huh?!"

He's quite the cad, and a suave flirt, but his cheekiness tends to show through. But for all all his sleazy and brash behavior, he still has a heart. He tends to get lonely easily, which is why he tends to hang out with others in secret. Some say that the reason for his prank-pulling is to gain attention. But Dansuke still feels left out. Too weird for the regular villagers, too normal for the bake-danuki...

Now he's on a journey to train his skills and become the best legendary tanuki. Here's hoping his vices don't get the best of him...
