Custom Hoity Toity. This one was commissioned by who's been super patient as work sort of exploded all over my free time XDHe's been painted with acrylics and sealed with testors mattecote. His sunglasses were sealed with thinned modgepodge to make them shiny. His nose, sunglasses and accoutrements are all sculpted with apoxie sculpt. His hair is Snowflake.
He was my first successful boil perm! I was impressed that his tail and mane curled so well. I hope the style survives shipping!
This is the second Hoity I've done and I think it's a big improvement on the first.

the cutie mark is i little to small and the face is not that type of colt its the thin sharp face of a colt not like big macintosh's
