I havenΒ΄t realised that I have this lovely bloom very well, of course. However, I have never talked about it in English or Latin or other language. White variety isnΒ΄t really so known as common blue and pink one.
In Czech this flower is termed "Pomnenka". In the main the word in Czech means the same as in English - Forget me not !

In italian, Non ti scordar di me .... like all the other languages ... You are not distracted ... the macro photographi transform a lot the original. I'm so happy you realized that this tiny simple flower, always under our eyes, can be wonderful

beautiful. whites are more rare, and have different charm, although i love their blue intensely. i saw pinks too
in Croatia, we call them "potoΔnica" which would translate as something that lives near creeks (potok), but i also heard name "nezaboravak" which would e forget-me-not
