[Redacted] is the result of a DNA hybrid experiment under a secret Government Weapons Science facility that engineers in bio weaponry named CytoTech. They searched a way to create the perfect predatory hunter to deploy upon Void City to clean up all the crime and violence that plagues the city.

Using extracted dinosaur and reptile DNA, subjects are put into stasis while they are infused with the substance, resulting in their own cellular structure and anatomy to evolve into a mesh between human and dinosaur.

Subjects are usually taken from penitentiaries on Death Row, as is how [Redacted] came to be. [Redacted] was a criminal, mostly charged with grand burglaries, until an attempted robbery then turned massacre at a CytoTech facility put him on Death Row sentence. And in a twist of irony, the federation took him back in for the experimentation.

However, his progress was proving not quite up to standards to what the scientists were looking for, soon considering his experiment a failure. Before being sent back to Death Row for execution, someone on the inside broke into and released [Redacted] into the wild. With their experiment now out and exposed, he is considered a liability as he suffers a lot of dangerous side effects.

Side Effects:
-Amnesia
-Cold Blood
-Periodic Disassociation
-Aggressive attitude
-Carnivorous appetite
-Feral inhibitions when exposed to instinct triggers.

Otherwise, his behavior mildly reflects to how he were in his human life. A mildly selfish asshole looking for his own personal gain. Now dumped into Void City with no recollections of his past, it is just a matter of him trying to survive in the city, and possibly find answers to how he came to be with his only clue being the hospital band and a voice in his head. All the while he figures out where to draw the line between humanity and being a monster.
