I gave nekoa a redesign to look better

Nekoa is a bioweapon made by the Bluebutterfly organization, his body was altered and given a hose-tail to perform assassinations for them

Nekoa is used to “take out” or “scrapping” inflaters the BBo considers dangerous or a threat to people

He uses his (slightly) small appearance to trick his opponents to his advantage, but his ego can get the best of him and gets inflated himself sometimes
