Digital art inspired by Moroccan ceramic tile mosaics. A family friend posted the original photo on his Facebook page and the visual impact of the photograph inspired me to create a digital rendering of it. I thought of it as a fun challenge. There are entire buildings covered floor to ceiling in these beautiful ceramic tiles. All hand carved and placed.
