After suffering an accident that removed the top of his skull and part of his brain, he is enhanced with a cybernetic “Bucket” augmented onto his head that displays and analyzes his surroundings and filters a neon blue liquid drug that amplifies his senses. His tech appears severely damaged as he wanders the city streets.
