The Batter fight with Enoch, who has the size of a house of three floors (no, The Batter is not star or universal level) while Sans at most it is a low wall.

Sans can Dodge all the attacks of Frisk, who can Dodge the Spears of Undyne, and the judge just is comparable of The Batter and no, the ´´sun feat´´ doesnt exist, the mension of Enoch is just a metaphor.

Durability

The Judge can support much attacks of The Batter while Sans can just survive a hit from Frisk possessed by Chara before dying and have the worst defense of all the characters doesnt help him.

I think is fair give this apart to The Judge because he is who teach us to fight and also can fight with The Batter more evenly that Sans Vs Frisk

who was more limited to dodging Frisk's attacks and using his haxes than physically fighting him himself.
