I need some tips on drawing 
Can you help me? What should I keep in mind? What are the best programs? ETC.

Well, Photoshop is probably the easiest to use. Sai is better for cell shading and line art (I've never tried it though). I'd say to avoid Corel painter till you're really confident and comfortable with digital painting.
I was never good with advice but learning basic anatomy really helped. If you get lazy then just continue with your style 'cause if you genuinly enjoy your style of art I think you automatically improve with every artwork

Yeah, I use Sai because I don't have the money for Photoshop... and I just don't like Corel painter. XD
Ok! Thanks~ I need to start getting more serious and start drawing better, and I guess anatomy is one of the most important steps. Plus I'm gonna have to abandon drawing really anime/chibi like because I want to take art in highschool and make my art to touch people like your work does to me ;w;
And I don't really like my style
