Hmm, composition-wise, it could've been a bit better. There's too much happening at the same time, that's equally important, and that looks a bit messy. Also, it seems as though any of the hunters are not directly focusing at the monster? Maybe keep that in mind.
Overall, I can see how much work you put into this, and you're definitely a great colorist, and good at doing linearts. You really have the anatomy, fabrics and motion down.
