That is gorgeous. And it seriously reminds me of an all time fav pic of mine o-O (the artist was sara shinonome or soemthing). And it was a girl in a light blue dress, brown hair and a matching blue hat. Lovely picture ^_^ (and to be honest, the girl had the same pose, same expression, same hair flowiness and even the same dress wrinkles as this one o.O;;; )
But back to your pic-I love how free her hair flows and the wonderful background o.o It's such a wonderful message too. I wonder why you always draw pictures of girls being bound by life (or things of that sort). Perhaps if we look deeper, we may actually see that we are free ^_^
