I would like to begin by saying yes, of course this was inspired by Ezekiel 25 14 by nuozek . I wasn't looking to do it in hopes of having the same success he did, I know I will not. This was simply an experiment to see what I could come up with using the same technique, and at the same time, showing the emotions I'm going through as of now.On Thursday, January 16, one of my good friends, Keith McLeod, was killed in a car accident. He was a passenger in the car, he was only 16. The exact cause of the crash is still unknown to the public. He moved here at the beginning of the school year from a few towns over. He stuck out from everyone else in my school because he had red hair, dressed in band T-Shirts, spike collars and poofy pants. He wasn't your typical "goth," he was one of the most caring people you would ever meet, sometimes going out of his way just to do the littlest things, but to some people those would become the biggest things. He was a good friend, and he will be missed. Back to the old saying, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" --Will it ever be answered?
On top of that, my parents have decided to divorce one another. I'm surprised, and at the same time not. It was almost done twice before, once before I was born. I don't really know what I think about this. It's sending me on all sorts of emotional trips and messing with my head. I'm sad, I'm mad, I'm angry, I hate, I love.
And they say things happen in 3's, my girlfriend and I have not been getting along very well lately at all. It's been very, very tough. I'm not here to complain about how my life sucks, just odd how things happen in 3's. I love her very much, and she knows it, and we will get through this.
That is my story, I hope someone listened.

You show the emotions in the picture very well and I just like this pic a lot. When I read the description, it made me cry, i have to admit, cuz its so true about how everything comes in 3s and bad things happen to good people. I hope things get better for you. Well, good job

This has to be the best piece of work on DA I have ever seen. I also want to say I'm real sorry about your friend...actually after reading that I'm crying...the situation with your paernts...well i don't know what to say...just that sometimes divorce is better...my own parents seperated when I was 6 and divorced 4 yrs ago. Things happen I guess. Be strong I'm sure you'll get through it. By the way seeing as this is the best I've sen it is going in my fav's box...

great piece. i truly admire the courage you have and telling us all that's going on. i myself lost my grandmother a couple months ago and it hasen't been easy. but thing do get better. i'm sorry about your friend. i know what it feels like loosing someone close to you.

you seem like your young, this is just the begining...with the bad comes the good(& vice versa). life doesnt have an instruction manual, we can never be 100% prepared for what life throws @ us...and thats the truth. the only thing you can do is stay strong and positive...thats the best choice i think. You will see in the end...its made you a better person hopefully, it doesnt pay to blame yourself, because things happen for a reason & your never given things you cant handle, i believe. I wouldnt take back any of the hardships i've had to experience, know why? because then i wouldnt be the better person i am today. just find something that allows you to not hurt as much and depending on YOU, talk about things. whatever helps you. give it TIME.
