Step 7: Moonlight-----------------
Purely optional step, especially if your picture already has a
background that wouldn't be appropriate for nighttime.
Still, if you can replace the background, or have one that's close
enough to night, this can be a nice step to try.
Do a color selection at 200% tolerance with white as the selection
color. Create a new layer via copy using this selection. Now, go to
hue/saturation and colorize this layer to a pale blue shade.
Do the same with black, going back to the uncolored image.
Now you have two blue-filtered layers. Merge them together, and play
with the opacity until it looks good to you. Voila! Moonlight!
