Calamus , after hearing the way Brightburn spoke, was surprised. Even worse, Brightburn seemed to pay no mind to the fact that what he was saying was causing many uncomfortable creatures to leave. Calamus began to grow confused and agitated. Surely, he should know better than to say things like that.
Nonetheless, he continued to attend and listen to the lecture, thinking that maybe afterwards he could speak to Brightburn to clear up some things.
