I combined the Native American medicine wheel, the tree of life, and the crucifix to bring elements of the Christ figure which I believe Christianity has forgotten. Jesus was a rebel and a trickster, like his crow friend depicted with him. He was comfortable both with the world of the sun and the moon, the physical waking world and the world of dream, story and symbol. This picture is intended to honor the idea of Jesus and reconnect him with world heritage and mythology.
